Brabant Longsword, late 14th century, inspired by original examples from European museums.
Black grip.
An excellent longsword with a classic form, representing a large typological family of swords from Central Europe during the 14th century. The blade has a hexagonal cross-section, providing reinforced edges and improved rigidity.
Black scabbard, ox-blood belts with brass fittings.
The scabbard features the embossed and painted coat of arms of the Duchy of Brabant: a golden rampant lion with red details.
The lower part of the scabbard features an embossed pattern of rhombuses containing lilies and crosses.
