Cross-crosslet Sword, 13thC
Cross Potent Sword, 13th century, inspired by original examples and historical sources.
Dark brown grip color.
This is a classic one-handed sword combining the features of 13th century weapons in a similar type. Light, agile, perfectly balanced, an 'extension of the arm'. The pommel is decorated with a cross-crosslet, which is also found on many swords. The decoration is made using the traditional method of inlaying with a copper alloy (brass).
